Ya gotta lower tha COLL to get the RPM's up. It's the engine not being strong enough to move the blades at max speed so you gotta give it less resistance :)

Every time I fly it I can spot an SPAA clearly between trees but I can never get a lock. But when it does work, for maps like the arctic map, you can get away with a lot of stuff. But that's also at the cost of having no turret & a very very subpar 10G AAM
I grinded the UHT in January/February this year. I had no premium Heli or the new research system. But I had the MI24P already. Here is what I learned: Get the BO105PAH 1A1/BO105PAH not the MI24P. Especially the 1A1 is fun to play. Take a Radkrampfwagen or the 3.0 Puma and rush a cap, then run into the enemy team and die. If you have the MI24P or the HFS 80 take a reserve tank with you. And become the 1 death leaver. It’s not fun but it is the fastest way to grind. (Pro Tip for this: Play with a friend who plays Russia. You‘ll avoid the 2s38s and other fun vehicles.)
What's your monitor size and resolution? I feel like that's definitely an issue im running into with top tier I can't distinguish targets at long ranges
Back in my time, i used to grind helis in ground rb. I have over 1000 player tank kills in the first bo105 and over 500 player heli kills in the old heli arcade pvp gamemode :( I only got 500 - 1.5k rp per grb game though :(
the grind in this game takes too much time anyway, back in the day there was the excuse to keep the players playing, but now with naval and all the smaller nations added on top of the new vehicles they add they should reduce the amount of XP required especially for top tier, and when i say reduce it means by at least a good 30%
you don't know how to pilot helis ,you have to get your COLL down. Put it a 85% every time to start and then change it when you will know how to use it
The 2S38 is so much in a league of its own I don’t understand why it’s not at top tier it’s so broken and unfun to play against plus it has no weaknesses as it’s a good SPAA against aircraft and helis, it’s a good spotting vehicle, it’s good at multi kills, it can pen everything so it is not forced to flank, and it’s annoyingly durable meaning it can duel it out even with MBTs. It has lots of ammo unlike the HSTVL, the 60mm Italian thing, and the Italian SPAA. It’s got a remote turret, its relatively fast and 80% of the interior of the tank has nothing in it making it really hard to kill in a lot of situations plus it barely spalls. The fact that it’s so low BR is just so frustrating
u should also bring Leo 2 PK and Ozelot in grind squad also with the amount of IShowSpeed memes he puts in his vids makes my think he is secretly IShowSpeed 🤯
try using all of your rp boosters and then play PvE helicopter battles, x100 faster than regular grinding only downside is you have to stay in game for 3 hours and its mostly boring but that gamemode now gives you free sl and rp just for flying the helicopter around and its called "useful actions"
the boosters only work for the first 30 minutes of a mission as that counts as a "mission" so most 100%+ boosters only work for the first 30 minutes of the pve match, only the boosters that last multiple normal rb missions last longer than 30 minutes in the pve mode.

I feel like the Damage model for Helicopters is not good your not going to shoot a Jet or a Heli with 5 bullets and cut the tail off it takes MUCH MORE Seeing Helicopters in Ukraine taking direct hits From Stingers and everything and still flying Most time they dont but sometimes they do and in warthunder the fact they make ATGM so short ranged makes me mad because almost every time you go to fire a ATGM it takes 30 secs to guide it in in the mean time someone has shot prox shells at you then at 10 secs till impact they hit you making the ATGM lose track ITS BS the AH-64D should get 8 Fire and Forget ATGM and 4 Aim-9L missiles the AH-64D in warthunder the Devs make it look like its the most JUNK heli on Earth And I also feel like the Heli Tree should only Take 700k RP to complete helis being 300k is a JOKE
use the proximity shells on light tanks. Didnt play germany now for 4 months but the proximity shredded every light tank. exception of the BMP, they somehow survived more often.
