@@prasannakumar7181 They haven't implemented it yet. Even if they do, job scenarios in Belgium is pretty tough for a non EU even if you're from IT. I have a connection with a guy who did masters in supply chain from one of Belgium's top b-schools. He advised people to go to countries like Netherlands, Germany, or France in mainland Europe.

But I guess people , or employer here urge you to have some basic knowledge of Dutch or French language. Any Schengen country, knowing the local language always makes it easier.

you can study german in germany in language centrum , the price is 350 per level average but you have to apply for a visa first in your country before moving. visa for studies or for work or like a refugee

Belgium introduced a 1-yr stay back option for non-EU. It's still yet to be finalised.
