With all due respect, heroes should be someone we can look up to and emulate. Superheroes are entirely fantastical characters with absurb powers which replace true heroes in history. We should not compare special forces and even MMA fighters to them.

What do you mean lol ? He has 100% better wrestling grappling, bjj and judo than Poirier. His kickboxing skills looks very sharp as well with crazy knockout power kicks.
If it go the distance, for sure Poirier can piece him up on the long run, but if he close the gap to brawl, or take it to the ground, he has all the chances to pull off a win.

@@busters1687 well so was i. BSD showed he has better ground, grappling, wrestling skills for sure so you were wrong about that, and displayed dangerous elbow as well. He got really close to a finish and dominated the first round. Which proved that he totally had some tools on his side even tho you were saying the opposite.
DP is just such a much better boxer but that’s no news. He caught him clean in his area of expertise. It was the most likely thing to happen considering how experienced he is in comparison.
BSD is only at the beginning of his career, and I think he showed that he has a lot of potential if he can work on his defense and game plan. Gonna be exciting to see him improve. And also really happy for DP, hope he can fight Islam in June.

He understood perfectly he just stated that you can't really say that one fight is bigger than the other because without his other "smaller" wins he wouldn't be there fighting Dustin. Every new fight he has will feel like the biggest since he is new and climbing the ladder for the first time.
And i think you can even argue its the opposite this fight is the less important one for his career because no matter how it goes he will end up in a decent position after it. On All his other fights the only thing he could hope for was a better placement in the ranking and it is result oriented. On this one he an opportunity to gain fame , fans , and a lot of money and he doesnt even have to win to do that.
He is going to lose to Dustin. Dustin is a legendary fighter this man thinks he is. He has not fought anything close to Dustin. Just like Izzy never fought against decent fighters, then he fought Strickland. Look how that turned out.
