Thank you for your comment. The video was shot at a resolution of 1920/1080, with a frame rate of 25, a shutter speed of 1/50, and a color depth of 12 bits. That's not quite right. The video should be shot in 4k, if possible, and with a longer shutter speed, to avoid motion blur as much as possible.

The background is made up of objects cut from various photos. Snow and steam from the mouth are made in Trapcode Particular. The scenes with the chromakey are processed by the usual means in After Effects. There are a lot of such lessons on UA-cam. I studied them myself. Regarding the creation of the background, you can watch my latest video. Watch the lessons and practice.
