And you have such a distinct sound, I remember playing The Crew MotorFest and getting into the bike mission, when the Guitar solo started it took me 2 seconds to say "This is MCR 100%" and of course it was.
Yeah, and I get from the marketing perspective that HyperTune is the answer to “why would I buy this if I already have the McRocklin suite?”. Even then, I’m disappointed because for the first time in forever I have one go to setup in the McRocklin suite, and I don’t want to buy another full blown plugin just to get the one feature. But yeah, I wish Thomas and the Polychrome DSP team all the best. They deserve the success their hard work continues to bring.

I like how you can see the pedals and the amp clearly on one screen.
This looks and sounds epic Thomas. That tone at 4:25 was lovely dude, almost sounded like there was a subtle shimmer in there? Huge fan of MCR since day release, great fun. I love the new Hyper Tune, hoping one day to have a tuning section on a plugin like this where you can create actual open tunings as well as de tune. Anyway, nice one Thomas, another great product in sound, can't wait to try it myself :) All the best mate

I’m really excited to see for myself the transpose feature on here. Because I always have the problem with using an actual pedal and it’ll keep something nice for about max 4 semitones and then it can start acting wonky and just harder to track. Or if I go with other drop modelers digitally, it doesn’t give you the same as the actual pedal so it can be a headache when tracking along with laying it in the mix. Don’t get me wrong, there’s no shortcuts with producing, you need to know how to build actual tone, but that latency is a huge factor as well if anything. And I’m running 2 hard drives on my powerhouse, so it’s not a power issue, I stress test all the time and it’s definitely way more than enough and golden.

Can you add a real switch tone pedal to this DSP stuff ? and what pedal board to use and how to connect it, so you can add the tone selected to a pedal ,like a distortion and a clean tone and then use your real pedal to switch the tones . is that possible? what pedalboard to use and how to connect it to the DSP ? thx

is Hypertune available without the Kiesel suite? MCR suite already has every tone you need covered so I'm not seeing a need for an additional one but Hypertune looks killer.
Not currently, but you can disable every on HyperRig Kiesel, and use HyperTune.

@@McRocklinupdate: I got HyperRig yesterday. Loving it man. One thing I'd say is in a future update, you could add a function or a feature that removes all compression from a tone. I've noticed even with the compressor off, it's still very compressed which means gain pokes through even with light picking. I like to play very dynamically and let clean shine through with light picks and gain to increase when I hit hard. That's the only thing. Apart from that, I love it. Thanks man!
What is your signal path prior to input?

Guys, PolyChome DSP is the brand. Our first product is the McRocklin Suite. The McRocklin Suite was designed to replace my entire previous rig, which it did.
That's like saying I bought Neural DSP Tim Henson and I have to pay for the Plini plugin..

V2 of the McRocklin Suite is already in the works and as we did for the massive 1.2 Sonic Empire, and even bigger Ground Control 1.5 update, this will also be another epic and free update. They're copying the neural dsp model, each new offering will be full price and add one tiny little feature to a product you've pretty much already bought previously.

Your McRocklin suite sounds way better than this. HyperRig is awful. Maybe its built with Kiesel pickups in mind. Love Kiesel guitars but their pickups are trash
This was developed using a range of guitars and pickups. The feedback so far on HyperRig Kiesel has been overwhelmingly great.
But it is important to note, this product has quite a different approach to building tones vs the McRocklin Suite, so any habits and work flows that you might have picked up won't necessarily translate directly to HyperRig Kiesel. I'd defiantly recommend working with each of the 15 speaker chains to see which one is more your flavour, and then use Shape EQ and Master EQ to adjust to taste, along with the filters etc in the speaker section. You can also load IR's now too, and apply all the speaker filters to that, and save the entire thing as a preset.

Wait a moment. We LOVE our customers, and have shown that time and time again. After our initial launch of the McRocklin Suite, we released the massive (FREE) Sonic Empire 1.2 release. We followed that up with a brand new user interface, and even more new effects and more features in Ground Control 1.5 (ALSO FREE!) We're already working on V2 of the McRocklin which includes HyperTune, and guess what that will be F R E E.
And remember there's $300 worth of free lessons, studio samples, and backing tracks included with your McRocklin Suite purchase.
We're a very small team, and we've been working 18hr days for the last 12 months, many of those hours working on making the McRocklin Suite the best possible product in can be, and we're still not done with it.
Please name another company more invested in its customers than that. 🤷🏻♂️
