I have one these, and I managed to get to 240kph and if I had space I think I could have gotten 245. With a fully charged battery btw and the car has driven 201k kms.
After driving the top speed for a while I slowed down to normal travel speed. I think it would be able to keep the limited top speed without the electric help in case of empty battery.

Yep that's what the speedometer said. Real (gps) with stock tires was 227kph
