Catching Sharks and Bull Reds at San Luis Pass

Great day out fishing at San Luis Pass. Winds laid down and we got a couple good hours of fishing in. Had a great time and caught a bunch of fish! Enjoy We will see you guys next week!

Date stamp is incorrect. Usually around June we start catching more sharks. Reds are hit or miss all year better in the fall. Thanks

Never fished the pass. But was down last week just hanging out on the beach. Want to take boat down in a couple weeks. How bad are the sand bars? I’m good in a foot or so. Seen some bigger boats out there last weekend.

If you leave from the old Koa ramp on the freeport side you wouldn't have much to worry about. Tight lines

We generally are anchored. You can use your trolling motor when currents aren't running real strong! Be careful and good luck!

SLP aint the place to get used to a new boat. Nice redfish bite looks like you caught it right. That place is hit or miss.
