Great stuff, Rob! Wish I could have been on the tour with you guys.
Thanks Chris - we definitely missed you
Think they will do it again someday, we all better be on it then
Great video again! Cool to see this sort of stuff! Great idea to make a video about this!
Thanks mate
It's so beautiful!! I'd never want to leave!
I've lived in Zell am See my whole life, and I can't believe I never noticed that scene was filmed here
It wasn't filmed there, it was filmed in Switzerland, the real life events happened there though
Great work! Thanks :)
Glad you liked it!
Fun fact, the real Winters couldn’t swim, so he did not swim in the lake haha
Yeah I remember that story being told whilst we were there! I always assumed the line "getting used to morning swims" was taken from an interview or memoir.. I guess not
Didn't know that. What's the source?
The scenery is amazing. It's so beautiful. The music is perfect as well. I like how you show shots from the show and the real-life location.
Great job too in comparing between reality and the show. I like the information you give. It makes me feel like I'm on location and it's a great virtual tour.
The hotel is really nice. Like cyndiebill6631, I'm glad they got to hang out in a scenic area at the end of the war. I know it might not have been long, but (and I totally agree with cyndiebill6631) after all they went through, I think it's great that they got somewhere scenic and get a little bit of respite also.
I like how you shared the photos and showed the field as well.
Great work! Take care, Rob. Have a marvelous week!! :]
These places are beautiful. Not a bad place to finish out the war. God knows these guys deserve too. Beautiful video Rob thank you for the tour.👍😊
Thank you
You go to be kidding me. I was skiing in Zell am See in 2019 and had no idea!!!!
😂 nobody ever shows the train track in front of the hotel 🤦🏻♂️
