I havent done a swap yet because the harness scares the hell out of me. Fearing i could connect the wrong wire, poof. Truck in flames. After watching your videos, i have the confidence to tackle this swap. Best video on youtube that explains the wiring install. Thanks man. Amazing!
Great series 👍 no frills just basic straight to it. Got to have parts ahead of time and before you know it, done and driving 🤞 keep up the inspiration and education ✌️
Click clack click click. You make so easy . I just get lost what everyone of those plug actually do something. I need more you tube university study classes. I have a motor and trans coming to me but wiring still scares me. Thank you for your time.
I appreciate that. I think having a harness made up is a big time saver. I will go that route. I just put into my 53 pick up what I’m hoping is the last of four 350/350t in it.

Do you have a video explaining the other few wires left to hook up. Still had fuel level to the gauge, and oil pressure to the gauge. I'm assuming the fuel level gets signal from the wire you showed by the tank. Did they run up into the bay? And in the video you said oil pressure sensor doesn't get you so is there another one that you recommend?
Fuel level use the factory wire back to the tank should be a pink wire and for the oil pressure use the stock 350 pressure sensor with a adapter for the ls engine same goes for coolant temp adapter on the passenger side head using the stock 350 temp sensor
At 18:30 min in the video where u explain the wiring. The green tagged wires are all from the harness or from the actual truck. Sorry for the dumb question.
They do everything except the pedal depending on year of swap you can use the factory c10 pedal with a cable throttle body if your using a drive by wire setup likuid kreations makes a bracket to bolt the ls pedal on the c10
@@bacfab9259 Awesome man I'm sorry for posting so many questions but your responses are really helping, one more question is why do you prefer to run an auxiliary cooler vs using AN-6 adapters In the square body radiator where original cooler lines went?
Thank brotha, I get the concept of the external cooler I guess I was just wondering if it is "better" than the factory cooler In the radiator that's all. Thanks for the response man looking forward to the next videos!

My son and I are about to 5.3/4l60e swap his first truck (1982 silverado) and this build series has helped get my mind set right. I appreciate it man.
Thank you I’m glad the videos have helped
Dam bro u so humble for explaining everything makes it so easy. 🎉 thanks a lot.
No problem 👍 glad it helped
Hands down the best ls swap video
I appreciate it brotha
Watching these vids are motivating me to get going on this swap! Thanks for breaking everything down…this is way easier than people make it seem
I appreciate the feedback brotha it was a bit overwhelming thinking about it all at first but going in steps and breaking it down it’s quite simple

Great job. Lots of gods information too
If i use a dashboard/cluster from a 05 silverado to swap into my squarebody would it be easier?. Thankyou for all the videos!
It’s a lot easier to connect the factory c10 cluster
Eres el mejor bro😎
I’m starting my 78 c10 swap, can you let me know where you get your motor mounts and the cold air tube
Tejas steelworks motor mounts and transmission crossmember, intake is a 99-06 Silverado intake from eBay

The bulk of tagged wires on the right are from the c10 bulk head harness and the wires on the left side are from the LS swap engine harness

Thanks brotha
Good job where did you get the harness? I need one
Warr performance in Fresno ca I can get you the number if you would like

Is there a shop that could do this? I’m in New Jersey. Thanks.
Does warr performance modify your pedal for you? If so They flash the computer and build your harness and mod the pedal all in one shot?

Junk yard motor and transmission I just did the rear main seal oil pan gasket trans filter and gasket
Will the stock manifolds fit with the tejas mounts?
They should fit I’ve always used the 2 bolt manifolds for more clearance

Heel yeah
What did u do about gauges?
I hookup all factory gauges to work except speedometer
Great job. What year was motor and trans?
Thank you motor and trans we’re removed from a 2004 Silverado
Can wait to see some burn outs. 👍
I will definitely post one up
How did you mount the trans cooler
I make 3 small tabs out of 1/2 inch flat bar and weld them to the radiator support I can make a short to show if your interested
@bacfab9259 yes that would be helpful man appreciate it
@bacfab9259 can you get pics or make a video of how you mounted the trans cooler
Can you make a video on how and where you welded the flat bar on core support to mount the trans cooler got the same on for my build thanks
So if the LS oil pressure sensor isn’t used how are you monitoring oil pressure
Factory c10 gauge with a sbc 350 oil pressure sensor
How much do them Warr harness cost?
450 harness rework and ecu flash

Una pregunta tengo una 85 c10 quiero hacer el ls swap q tipo d harness ocupó gracias
El harness original del motor la mandas a warr performance
Gracias por tu alluda
Why the step with the water pump?
It’s tapped for the steam port line
Why don’t you ever use the original exhaust manifolds
The 2 bolt cast manifolds give a lot more clearance
