Literally not touched them since it was purchased! Well, not quite true.. Couple of times when the bike has stood a while, I've had to drop them off and clean them out. But they've just gone straight back together and needed no setting up at all. Learned that lesson now and when it's laid up for a long time, I run it with the petrol tap closed until it runs out of juice and the carbs stay clean. But as for jetting and such? Never fiddled with it. Shouldn't be too much mucking about if its out though, I don't think?
