Hi, I bought Xreal Air. At this moment don't have supported android phone but tried on some and not possible to install Nebula app because country limitation? I tried with new samsung Z fold. Visible some starting display, and music but not visible youtube video played? I try to connect with my PC but it also not working - I try with usb-c to hdmi and usb-c to usb cable? My pc or laptop don't have usb-c port, so how to connect glasses, please help?
Hi, in order to ensure the performance of the glass, we recommend using compatible Android phones. Also, you can use an HDMI-C adaptor like Ugreen or our Xreal adaptor to get the glass connected to your PC and make it work.

Hello, I've been using the Air model for more than 5 months at work instead a display and I am very happy with the glasses! I noticed last week some very faint bars appeared on the lower side of the screen (both sides). I think they need a more thorough cleaning but i couldnt find a guide. Are you able to help me? Thank you!

WHY ARE THERE NO SIDE SHIELDS?!
In future products, we will consider including a wider variety of shades for the eyepiece.
