My customer is having same issues! I changed the thermocouple and it’s fixed! Most of them comes with bad gas valve! You just have to change few things from the original manufacturer!
I'm sure you have sorted it but there's a book in there under the drain spout that will give you all you need regarding gas pressure, and orifice sizes. My thoughts were INCORRECTLY LABELED APPLIANCE and this one is set up for natural gas or incoming gas pressure is wrong, wrong size main burner jets, vent pipe on the gas valve loose if there is one, Working burner pressure not set correctly and needs regulating on the gas valve. Air collar or air gap where the burner jet enters the main burner venturi set to the wrong height. I WILL SAY THOUGH ON A NEW MACHINE UNUSED APPLIANCE THE MAIN BURNER FLAMES WERE YELLOW AND NOT TOTALLY BLUE. (main burner jets or gas pressure) let us know, please?
Good Morning, I'm going through the same situation on my food trailer, did you find the solution of your problem on your fryers if so I would truly appreciate it I like to know. Thank you much respect..
i have had my mainstreet fryer almost 2 years and can not keep my pilot lit. I have replaced thermopile and the 400 limit thermostat and it worked a week and started again.
We're a small, seasonal business with one very busy month (Oct). I had had it with our small countertop fryers so ordered this one - despite not having the greatest reviews - because it was in the price range I wanted and I could get it here quickly. In the end I would have been better off doing a LOT more research and waiting to buy . . . whatever since I still haven't been able to get this running.

Is there a manifold pressure adjustment that needs to be dialed in?
That's what I wondered too. But want to get the manufacturer's agreement before I go making changes and void the warranty.

I buy this brand too. Today we try to light but not have gas on the pilot how I can turn on
Is there a chance that this fryer is setup for natural gas? Orifice size could be wrong for propane?
It better not be! I ordered LP, and the nameplate says LP . . .
So what was the solution?
I have two brand new main street fryer never used yet ..making me think twice
