- A generative patch I created. This patch is a single layer, no sequencer or arp used. Just loads of modulation coming from the LFOs, Komplex & looping envelopes.

Hi. May I ask, where did you get your wavetables?
They are the generic wave tables that come with the Iridium.

I own an Iridium, but am having difficulty when making luscious pads - my pads always sound wavetabley (it’s the best word I could come up with); they just sound digital! I guess I’m having problems making my pads sound more organic and non-wavetabley. Is there any advice you could offer that would help me? I purchased the Iridium specifically for pads, but I just don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
@@DochertyStephen I use a combination of the wavetables, granular engine, waveforms, lots of fx. Thinking of doing a video on pads. I did a dusty pads video a few weeks ago. Have a listen to that to see if you think those are the kinds of pads that you like.
