Hi Pammy! We do get the same product with USa but in europe the spf labelling rules are more strict! The spf 40 labelling we dont have it so they had to label it as spf 30 although it gives protection of spf40! Its just the sunscreen regulations! I was wondering about the same thing and contacted ilia and they answered me as soon as they launched it in europe!
