It’s time for grading finally! It took us a year to get permits finished to start grading! So crazy! But we finally got them! It was so much fun watching the grading take place and seeing our lot take form. The tractors are so big they use! They just went round and round slowly leaving out the dirt. It took 24 days to finish grading. Not too bad! Next, is foundation! Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss that episode.
