Beautiful house concept but lacks washroom in attic n from where does water is supplied to kitchen and washroom ?where can we install a tank in attic? Curious

ofcourse brother watre drainage already consider. it is automatic when you put balcony automaticaly there is water drainage. that will be done in detail design.

depende kasi, kung hindi kayo maglalagay ng concrete slab sa floor ng attic pede sya. depende kasi load at bigat. lalo kung hindi sya naka design, na pede upgrade ng may second floor.
kaya yan kaso render finish lang lahat ng wall mo and hindi pa kasama ang mga furniture mo. halimabawa sa bubong gagamit ka lang ka ng ordinary roofing materials. and sa wall pintura lang lahat.

that would always possible and solution for that and I love big spaces too, but the challenge here is to maximized the areas with the limited space. I think my next Design may be will address what are you looking for.

if we convert the other bedroom to a dining area, para mas malaki, and add a more sturdy stairs going to attic, how would you design it po?
