Try your best to save and buy your house. Yung rent mo for sure is more than your mortgage. Suggest ko lang, don’t buy too many furnitures, pag may bahay ka na dun mo ilagay pera mo sa mga bagong kagamitan. Kasi pag nag move ka ulit, puro gasgas na mga naipundar mong kagamitan. Buy second hand furnitures muna at pag nka bili ka na ng sarili mong bahay, duon muna ilagay pera mo. At least dika na ma guilty kasi sarili mo ng bahay.
