  • A Ukrainian court has arrested the assets of a large company which belongs to Russian businessmen from Vladimir Putin's entourage, the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine has said. The case concerns one of the largest manufacturers of concrete structures, which supplied its products both to Ukraine and abroad.     A court decision seized the company's assets worth over 2 billion hryvnias:
    - 100% corporate rights in the form of the authorized capital of 437 million hryvnia;
    - Movable and immovable property of the company with an approximate value of 1,5 billion hryvnia;
    - Nine bank accounts with the total value of more than 104 million hryvnias.
    The court ruled to transfer the seized property to the National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Search and Management of Assets (ARMA).
    In the middle of May, searches took place at Aerok's enterprises.
    Aerok Ltd. was founded in December 2006 with the aim of building an autoclaved aerated concrete plant in Berezan, Kyiv region, and in 2008 in Obukhov.
