A thing that pretty much all specialist industries should have if they want to communicate with the public is a "common phrasing to industry phrasing" dictionary page. (the exact opposite of what a specialist dictionary would do (which also would benefit most industry information sites greatly)) (It is very easy to forget that "common industry terms" is the equal of "incomprehensible gibberish" to the layperson (and this before the PR people get their hands on the material (after which it usually is notably worse)))
