I go to work a week after arrival in Texas and always prepared and save Money for rainy days Tomorrow is full of unknown so I rather prepared to deal what ever going to happen. Just because you have a lot today .it doesn't mean that you going to have more Tomorrow. But you can at least be prepared..still working Today and save 💰 For retirement.
Can't be real!!! There are so many services for the poor in any given city. Please take them to Human Services. By the way, being homeless is a CHOICE. If you study hard or work hard you will reap the rewards. I'm certain they made wrong choices when they were young and now they face the consequences. Best wishes to these folks!
Your best advice is very interesting I hope people will understand about government services that's true there are many ways that they can help for people who are disabilities, mentally, handicap, seniors, and many more.

Some of the Khmer kids are heading on the wrong path. How could you live in a state that rains 364 days a year? Lol. It was a miserable two years for our family until the move to Texas.

LA and Orange County having a lot of resources, services, referrals, job development to pay for people to return to school and help them to get a job. Some of the homeless people do not like to stay in shelter because they do not like to follow the rules.
That's right you are one hundred percent right but you know what people born by the way they are we want to help them too but only tell them what to do where to go to get helps like show them to go to DSHS or take them to apply for housing and apply for welfare food stamp etc....

Very sad. My 45 year old brother is homeless. He came to the USA at 2 years old. He was left alone a lot growing up because my parents went back to Cambodia. He got into gangs and doing drugs. He got kicked out of school several times. I helped him graduate HS. Today he still lives on the streets and doing drugs. He wastes 40 years of his life.
Sir please go back take them to DHS have them apply for housing and a job DHS have programs for people that wanted to work they will help them look for work. There are a lot of programs out there that willing to help people that seek help. We’re living in America there are a lot of jobs out there. California is a state that help people like them. I believe they got help from the state, but some people they like to go to the park and do something to keep their mind off things. And I don’t believe they are homeless. They just don’t want to tell you the true. State of California is easy to get help from the government. If he is not all there maybe his family is the one take charge of his well-being. Even they’re abusing drug or alcoholic for Cambodian people the government still looks after them. I live in Long Beach, CA, a lot of Khmer homeless.

We’re living in America there are a lot of jobs out there. Even working in a restaurant you can still make money not a lot but just to get by.
Just do anything to survive.

California is a state that help people like them. I believe they got help from the state, but some people they like to go to the park and do something to keep their mind off things. And I don’t believe they are homeless. They just don’t want to tell you the true. State of California is easy to get help from the government. If he is not all there maybe his family is the one take charge of his well-being. Even they’re abusing drug or alcoholic for Cambodian people the government still looks after them. I know what I am talking about because I helped and find a place for them. The old man look like he is on too something?
