He is overrated IMO, I don't like his stage, his fight is annoying and I don't like his design (my second least favorite design in Megaman 2), but his theme is one of my favorites.
Airman is probably my favorite robot master out of the 6 original games. His design is so simple but looks really cool, his theme is awesome, and his weapon was awesome. The boss fight was a bit easy but I like everything else about him.
