I have a soft spot in my heart for this deck. I read the dog in the art was named River, i have a German Shepard mix named River. Right from the gate i want to play this one. I don't have a lot of experience with the Voltron strategy but i know there's a ton of equipment that gives creatures flying. There's usually at least one opponent that can't block flyers. Might be a cheap way to give buffs and some difficulty to block. Can't wait to play this one.
You also have to make the creature token from Hexplate wall breaker, then equip it. It’s not a may ability. Can still move the equipment for zero, but you have to make the token.
Keep up the videos, but if you’re going to goldfish in these videos then create copies when you’re supposed to, don’t miss triggers, and actually show everything that you’re doing. If you have to stop and think what you’re doing, and edit it out, then do so. Obviously you’re trying to get through it quick when you’re gold fishing by yourself, but for a video it’s important to take your time. You don’t want people to be misinformed!
I appreciate the feedback! I’ll make sure to not cut the corners and show more visually. As for triggers, I can’t see too many I’ve missed over these videos but good luck playing a game and not missing one every now and then. Remember, this is my first pass at a deck: I’m gonna miss interactions and lines
How do you feel about Mirri, weatherlught duelist in here? It’s not totally synergistic but might be a good creature to throw some equips onto for protection and getting through
Turn 5 on the goldfish, gotta use a junk token first to see if you can play a land, before you play a land
Good call! The optimal play would’ve
been the junk token

Oh for sure! Dogmeat is a cool character, and the versatility of how you can build it means you can really find what you want

Mirri is a great idea! It allows you to hit hard and hopefully hinder your opponents from hitting back
I made a dogmeat deck with a subtheme of enchantments and extra combat steps. Works actually pretty well, dog is a house
Oh for sure!! So many ways to take Dogmeat and that’s what makes it so fun
Is it just me or do you guys have a hard time understanding this guy through his mumbling.
I apologize for that! I’m trying my best to fix it
