After rotating roller also I didn't get the heads to center. Then I have restarted the printer and when it was rearranging the heads I switched off. Then it came to the centre. It worked well.

just question when I refill and I did test 2 colours not printing what it means need to replace the head
Try to check your ink tube if there's air gaps inside the ink tube purge it using manual ink purger and perform cleaning
Where did you get the print head ink ? Because I was looking for it everywhere but it’s not available (color head)

Brothers, the roller that he rolled is located at the right side, it looks like a white gear ⚙️. Rotate it up or down then pull the ink cartridges at the center. Good luck!
