Hi guys, congrats, really interesting review! I'm thinking to buy one of those incredible machines... The latest brand new Husqvarna FE350 2022 or an unsold FE450 season 2020, both completely new. What's your opinion guys? 350 would be more than enough, I think, to ride with friends into forests, sandy and rocky road.. But the main doubt I've is 2020 vs 2022... Clutch, suspension, etc. Price is "just" 700 euro difference... What do you recommend? Thanks and cheers from Italy :)
I'd go for the 450. I bought a 21 FE350 Rockstar Edition in August last year thinking that a 350 would be enough. It wasn't, so l got a Vortex ECU , FMF ti slip on and a vented airbox for it. Coming from mostly a MX background, it was still lacking torque. I'm trading mine in for a 22 FE450 tomorrow. I knew that the FE would be softer than the FC or FX, but I didn't think that it would be as slow as it is even with the mods that I've done. I'm 100kg and l raced for several years mostly MX but some enduro and flat track as well. I'm going for the 450 because I got some motard wheels for the 350 and it's just way too slow and lackluster to be exciting compared to the 450/501.
@@scottyd2262 Hi Scotty, thanks so much for your suggestion! I appreciate. Yeah, as someone say, the power is never too much! And above all it seems that from the 350 to 450 the handling does not change very much, having identical frame and chassis, even if a little more in weight. They say that even the management costs are similar, as the purchase price has a very little difference... Perhaps the real sensible gap (choice) is to go for the FE250 or FE450 ???
@@AdventureMotoEnduro & @I ride .. If I didn't get the Husky, I would have gotten a KTM and then a Yamaha followed by the Honda then a Kawasaki.. I love them all tbh !
Just bought a 2021 te300 got a good deal on it. It’s the worst motorcycle I had ever risen nothing like a ktm at all couldn’t get rid of it fast enough. It’s a good thing I did sell my old bike exc 500
Hey Mike what did you hate about it? My mate bought a 20 TE300 and also really struggled to get used to it. Lots of of ejections! I have been thinking of switching from my FE450 to a TE250 or 300 just to try the TPI.
@@edwardhartley1307 TE are great bikes, I own a 21 TE250i. You've gotta learn the warm up procedure vs a regular 2 stroke. You'll foul plugs left and right if you touch the throttle during warm up. Our bike did have the CCPS issue, once resolved everything was fine. Even when the sensor was bad, bike still ran great. Just a slight off idle bog easy to drive around is the common complaint if the sensor is bad. Suspension is amazing!! Absolutely nothing bad, just a solid bike. I also own a 22 FX450.
I'm sorry Alex, but comments like this make no sense, they mean nothing if no explanations are given. To say that one shouldn't waste money on a motorcycle, without explaining why, it really doesn't make sense. And personally, I have doubts about who shoots like this on a model or a brand ....................... !?!? If we are serious enduro riders, we should help us in the choice of our next bike. Obviously aware that each of us can prefer one bike more than another, knowing that every bike has its pros and cons....
@@nicolasimondo5638 yeah I agree maby Alex needs to jump back on his mums 50cc auto scooter and stay off his uncles 501 since it makes him feel that way
Great review as always boys, great to see the mutual respect amongst the legends

How do you compare the fe350 to the Beta 390 RR Id love your opinion I tossing Between both
Thanks Marc
Is the braketec better than the maguras
Hated the forks on my 19/20 bike.
Would blow through but then feel sharp.
Horrible.
Glad they’ve addressed the preload for the initial stroke.
Great video. Informative!

GasGas is faster after all its red ,as GB said pick a colour ,see grubbo got gasgas 350 ,love the red and that 350f moto punches above its weight.
I'm not into the grey seat & frame this year. But I'm biased because I bought a 21 FE350
reds ones are faster dude,
Green ones finish first

The fe350 is a awesome bike and it is going to be my newest bike.
I was wondering which bike to get the 350, or the 501. I got the 501 just because it was only 2 pounds heavier

There the same bike
Well ktm is stepping out of the tpi game for a reason. Tbi should be the next big thing
I bought a 2022 FE501 brand new. By far the worst piece of crap I have ever owned, don’t waste your money.
Thanks for the comment. I was just about to buy one. Currently own a 2020 ktm 300 XCW and 2017 ktm 1090. What did you hate about the 501?
What makes you feel that way about it?
