I did this meditation a year ago and a cried a lot and couldn't do more than a month
I again started doing this year and I am doing this for a month now but today I saw my inner child is very angry with me she says " I am suffocating, I am really suffocating..you keep on thinking about other people their good and their bad and don't care about yourself me and your own family"
She didn't smile back at me today like she always used to do during meditation... Can someone please explain?
(Before meditation, I replied to some relative's story to whom I wasn't talking to for 3 years)( Is this happened due to my this act?)
