    It's technically limited by space. i.e., increase height = more blockage = more space required between towers, which kinda defeats the purpose. Also, unless I'm extremely lucky, it seems like every time I see packets of sky greens vegetables being sold, they tend to show symptoms of light deficiency... which again defeats the purpose. And, presumably because they haven't come up with a method to control pests, they only grow baby greens, harvesting them before the stage where the pests will appear. Smart, but again, defeating the purpose in some sense. Love the low power and very cool water system, but there seems to be many compromises here.

    If it's commercially viable, meaning profitable at competitive cost (meaning same or lower price than traditional agriculture), then they wouldn't have need government funding and still sell their products at almost twice the price of regular produce.
