A couple of things: 1)As a mom, I love the inclusivity of this project, the spaces and ammenities provided. I would confidently raise my kids here. This development checks all my boxes. 2)Like so many projects we see around, I appreciate that this is not just concrete. The nature blends so well with the community👌. Overall, amazing work. The insights on real estate investing were the cherry on top! You have made real estate feel so approachable and attainable. Keep up the good work, and thank you!
You've captured my exact thoughts on the project! I'm glad you were able to pick those up from the video!🤝🏽😁 Thanks for the great feedback as well and for taking out your time to watch! Very much appreciated!!😊
One of the best and most informative videos I have seen on Unity Homes and Tatu City. You communicate really well. Your responses are well articulated👍🏾
Thanks Dad!! You should take a day off your busy schedule and get a proper guided tour of the City by one of their agents. You'll be impressed by the vision and what's coming up there!
Unfortunately car parking design for this estate is very poorly done. Why do cars have to drive over a strip of grass in order to park. In the long run, it will brown up and diminish the beauty of the place.
I must say it takes a keen eye to be specific on such detail! 👏👏 Great observation and a very genuine concern!!😁 I love the design though. Very much! The concept of incorporating live flora to break a concrete jungle is very nice and futuristic. You'll see it if you tour some old money mansions in places like Muthaiga. The incorporation of grass strips on driveways and parking lots is very lovely! It's a sight for sore eyes that pure concrete would otherwise bring. But I agree with what you imply. It's not a maintenance free driveway like cabro-only driveways would be. Just like all well manicured landscapes, they require attention. With the right kind of attention, which I believe is being given by the uniformed staff you'll spot around the estate, then they are way better for the eye than a pure concrete jungle. My worry wouldn't even be browning out though but weed interference and disease. Browning by mud can be taken care of by a simple shower of rain or simple watering (even though the roads over there are so well done, it takes care of the mud). Browning from car weight is taken care of by the special cabros that the grass grows in. The grass roots are never touched and can't dry out from pressure. Take a closer look, you'll see them. Great observation though!😊
Absolutely georgeous, so damn beautifully compiled 👏, the serenity.
