Awesome! These would be right up your alley than. The chima crocks come with perfect lizard men heads so with a quick head swap you could have a orc or a lizard man.
Looks great, I dig the diversity! I’ve been collecting pieces to do the same, I might need to try that double cape trick. I picked up a couple different Mohawks and they look good on the orcs too!
That's a nice army there, currently building my own, love the armor variation, but what I realy liked and never thought of myself, is that you made them left/right handed. That's a nice thing to remember.
Love the variety. Should get my hands of a few Chima Figs anyway (they're on my to do list for animal armies anyway). But never thought they were so similar to the Orc. I need to put them higher on my list. I think you should try and get 3 Wargs from LOTR (I think there was a brown one, a white one and a gray one).

Yeah chima is a gold mine to enhance castle themed lego stuff. Also the wargs are super cool to add!
