Amazing is an understatement. You always provide great commentary and videos. Thanks Sarah
I appreciate that! Thank you!! ☺️
Awesome! That place is giving off some major safari vibes, love it!
YES!!! Safari + Jurassic Park!
I'm a birder and this would be something I wanna do very soon. Alligator sounds a really cool, great you captured it. Thanks for head up for Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. After watching your video I want to go there even more. Thanks 😊👍
Fantastic! Please let me know what you think when you make it out there!
@@SarahsOutdoorAdventures I definitely do. I'll make the video too. This wildlife drive looks similar with Merritt Island 6-mile wildlife drive. Thanks again. Looking forward to your next video 🙂
@@SarahsOutdoorAdventures my experience was 🦜 did work a few years ago out there..
I'm from New Jersey but Thank Goodness my Mom lives in Ocala and my brother lives south of Lake Apopka in Orlando (free lodging lol!!). Having found about about Lake Apopka via UA-cam videos I got my first chance to visit the end of August, just an AMAZING place - in fact, the first quarter mile when I was there I saw multiple bird species... and 4 alligators - one of which attacked and ate a turtle, with a Great Blue Heron shrieking at what happened (the Heron was stalking fish for like 15 minutes when the alligator interrupted)- woah!! One warning to anybody walking or cycling during the week: Bring RAINGEAR, as the weather can change on short notice, and you can get caught in a big storm with nowhere to hide! Fantastic place, great video!!
This is very cool. I didn’t know about this. Definitely going to check it out. Great video thank you 😎
Woohoo! Thank you! Enjoy! It’s incredible 🐊
@@SarahsOutdoorAdventures well thanks to your video we went yesterday and we saw soooo many gators 🐊. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thanks again
@@RoadiewithRich YAY!!! That makes me SO HAPPY to hear! I’m glad you had a great time! 🐊🐊🐊
This looks awesome I want to go there
this is the only way I would feel comfortable seeing so many gators - thanks for this post: I am going to save it so I can go through
It’s a great way to see them, for sure! 🙂
You asked what you missed, you missed thousands of birds. There are many species there year around if you take the time to look, but if you go from November through March you may see many, many more. Especially December through February you might see several species of ducks that overwinter here. 377 species of birds have been documented here. You might also see otters and bobcats along with other mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and insects.
Great video Hello from Italy .I support you my friend

Sweet! Thank you!
Those gator sounds would be frightening if you weren't expecting it! 😳
Going tomorrow
