I missed sitting down & chatting with y’all!!😭 So excited for the vids I have coming. Japan vlog is next!❤️
i stg your videos are one of my fav "shows" to watch lol! 🤍 i've been enjoying the consistent uploads and look forward to the japan vlog. side note, you're gorgeous in general but i am loving your natural hair!
i also experienced leaving my ego behind and becoming my true spiritual self around the age of 20 and life hasn't been the same ever since (in the best way possible). thanks for always being transparent!
This angle 0:29 especially the Hair style is my personal favorite from all the videos.Beautiful 🌻
Second Favorite 3:00 enjoyable
I’m so happy for you Lynette. This is so incredibly inspiring and love watching you glow!
I've done a few solo trips when none of my family or friends were available to go, and they were some of the best trips I've ever taken. I loved being able to keep my own schedule and explore at my own pace. All of my solo trips were in the U.S., but watching your videos have made me open to the possibility of traveling solo internationally. I'm really enjoying your travel videos, and I admire your adventurous spirit, to pack up and see the world just because! 🌍
I feel like I’m being called to solo travel at this point in my life ! I love spending time with myself !
same!
Do it (if you haven't already)... Will be one of the best experiences you'll ever have! Its addicting though😃
I'm felling the same. I need to do it soon.
I feel the exact same way!
You should. I love solo traveling I traveled solo to Lagos Nigeria, Jamaica, Porto Portugal, Mexico City, and this August I'm going to Barcelona Spain I enjoy my alone time.
I was hooked after my first solo trip! in the past 2 years I've been to 9 countries solo and 2 more planned this summer. It's challenging, freeing, exciting, scary, educational, sociable and gives a sense of independence all at the same time. You learn so much about yourself when you spend more time with yourself. So I agree, everyone should try it at least once 🤩!!
Safety wise (especially as solo female travellers) i would also add to listen to you intuition, and do the same things you would do to safeguard yourself in your local area i.e. not walking alone at night, keeping an eye on your drinking and not flashing expensive items about. But ultimately, dont be afraid to explore, there are definitely more good people in the world than bad ones, and if you emit that good energy you'll attract those good people ❤
Woman, you are a walking journal! ✨
It's really hard for me to travel alone, lots of anxiety. I would love to visit Switzerland, of course Italy is another fav.
I went to Italy (venice)alone for one week!...Italy is beautiful and it is a great experience!
The way I’ve been feeling like getting up and leaving like you did . So inspiring.
Loved this video so much! Thank you girl. I’ve been wanting to travel sooo bad but always so nervous to alone. I’m a single 26 year old so I feel like if I don’t I’ll regret it when I’m older. This definitely motivated me. Thank you love!❤️🩷
Girl this was the push I needed! I’ve been playing around with the idea of solo traveling for a minute now but have been too afraid to pull the trigger. Definitely think I’m going start locally and work my way farther out. Also you NEED to visit Peru. Literally the BEST country I’ve visited so far, from the food, to the culture, to the people to just the overall energy. It has changed my life and I honestly think you’d love it ❤ Everyone I know who’s traveled to South America agrees that there is just something magical about it
Today is my first solo traveling trip and this video is such perfect timing! I totally agree - being comfortable alone in your own backyard conditions you for making the world your oyster :) It truly is so empowering!
Have a fantastic time and be safe!! 😘❤️
I'm glad you mentioned staying in Hostels bc I see the benefit of staying there, but it makes me nervous! I worry about people stealing from me or having to share a space with a stranger seems wild, but I'm glad you talked about the private room option and all of the things they do to make your experience AN EXPERIENCE. Love this! Also, I'd love to visit Switzerland and Greece.
Every time I watch you I feel so called to just leave the country. I’m ready
Awww you actually look soo much lighter spiritually and happier 😊
Thank you for the tips, I think another aspect of keeping yourself safe whilst solo travelling is to get as knowledgeable within the space as you can. Visiting areas during less busy periods i.e. early in the day could be a great way to explore and get a scope of the place. This helps you to know where basic things are such as shops etc so you dont struggle within the main bulk of your day. If you can't do this in person I highly recommend google earth to navigate. Also behaving as a tourist will draw more attention to yourself so stay grounded, remember basic words within the language, maybe any customs and traditions. Overall enjoy the experience as it's all a learning process. Side note I'd love to explore South America perhaps Mexico!
My dream country is Japan 😍I've wanted to go since I was a child. I made 2 attempts, but both plans didn't work out.. I really hope I can go someday
i do things alone ALL the time! i am definitely looking forward to my 1st solo trip, especially after watching all of your adventures 😍 i just have to think where! love you enjoying life 💖
Going to Thailand for a solo trip tomorrow and honestly you were the main inspiration, you such a vibe lynette can’t wait to see where else you go!
How was it ?
I always get super anxious before traveling alone but it always turns out great, thank you for your tips!!
Traveling solo is one of the best experiences around.
This video really gave me the push to go solo travelling. First stop Costa Rica
Great video Lynette!
Solo travel is fun and i love it. What's stressing me out is traveling with my son who will be 10 months old when we go. I've done solo travel in Taiwan, Bali, Singapore, and South Korea. Singapore is super safe and everyone speaks English. I'd recommend you put it on your travel list.
solo traveling has been on my mind so heavily as of lately and this is just another sign for me to do so but i’ve been getting so in my head about it, i just need to book the damn trip lol but this video is so so helpful 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Thank you!!!The main thing for me is safety and picking out a place to stay. Can't wait for the next video!
this came at the perfect time! Working on planning a New Year's Spain or Thailand Trip at the end of the year and a few trips around the USA in the fall like Chicago, New York, and San Francisco; thanks for the advice!
You’re glowing 💛 I was thinking that even before you mentioned you’re breaking out, but when you said that I knew I had to comment. I love to hear about your travels
I'm 21 rn and have always wanted to solo travel!! Such good tips in this vid. Ik I'd be pushing myself so far outside my comfort zone but I just need to take the plunge and do it. Maybe Munich next winter!
Literally every video of urs ive watched it clicked so well with me and its like i watch them at the perfect time and i think thats rlly cool. This video got me thinking tho cuz ive been stuck at home this summer since i keep trying to get my friends to go out with me and this kinda woke me up & made me realize i can go wherever i want whenever. Like you said its such an empowering realization so ill make sure to work on that!! Im rlly excited for ur japan vlogs cuz i always wanted to visit it and ur videos specifically offer such an interesting & unfiltered experience and i feel like i can trust ur tips & experiences ❤ i just wanna say thanks so much!!
Just got this new job that pays decent. I plan on spending my first or two years saving my income to solo live in Cambodia. Plane ticket is price but visa is $30 for 1 month and can always renew it. Cost of living about $900-$2000 USD a year. You really can’t beat that!
Pricey*
I love solo cross-country road trips! But I’ve always traveled to see people, so I stayed with them. I want to try an Airbnb for a few weeks. Thanks for the inspo!!!
That sounds like so much fun I might have to try that!
@@LynetteAdkins You should! 😄🎉
Stat safe Lynette and live your beautiful life while traveling the world.
I just love you!!!❤❤❤ keep pressing through boo!
I just experienced ego death, if I thought we were on the same vibration before😅 it’s a brand new world girl 😂 I know “source” now, I’m making an effort to stay conscious in every moment. I admire that you had a spiritual awakening so young. I’m 31 and yes it felt like autopilot my whole life up until this point ❤
This was so good. Thank you.
Hi I’m from Kyoto Japan and I’ve started solo travelling just this year outside HapN and lovin it so I’m up for the next one to Thailand! I just saw your vlogs today and You inspired me thanks!
Thank you so much for this I cannot wait to take my first solo trip next month 🖤
I love how Lynette videos seems like you’re just on ft with her
i would love to solo travel especially since watching your vlogs, you literally answered so many of the questions i've been having! would love to hear more tips from you
I love when you post girl ❤🎉
Thank you ❤️
That’s lovely! I agree with the tip of first doing things on your own in your local area. Another thing that can be nice is if you do happen to be on a trip with or meeting others if you can at least take a day or afternoon or something like that to do a solo adventure that can be nice too!
Places I would love to go… there are so many, but top of the list would definitely be Japan, Mexico, Ireland, Australia, France, and South America fs!
I have a plan to go on a solo trip for my birthday in September & this reassures me! ❤ I’m excited
This was so inspiring too cause you’ve really highlighted the difference between vacationing and traveling for experience. I love that you can find kindred souls on any corner of this earth. My ideal country to go to would be Greece & Switzerland!
So exciting!!
namibia africa is one of my dream destinations
I just booked a trip to Thailand ! I was debating there japan, or Costa Rica but just pulled the trigger and will go to Thailand. It will be my first solo trip and I’m super nervous but excited! Any tips when you land cause I get to Bangkok at midnight on a Saturday 😭. Lovely video as always you really are super inspiring ❤
Hey Lynette! I love your videos! Your content is a nice break from all the other stuff that’s out there 😂 I feel like I might be having a “spiritual journey” and your videos have been very helpful and relatable! I’d love if you did another video about how you come to your current belief system and what it is that you currently believe. I came from a similar background I.e. growing up Christian (specifically SDA so it was a little strict) and now trying to find my own path. Also, if you have any tips about solo travel while in a relationship I’d love to hear them! Thank you for your time making these vids! 🙏🏾💙
Loveddd. The Netherlands seems cool for me
This video is literally a sign from the universe ✨💗🥹 I’ve been thinking about traveling solo lately
I loooooooooove solo travel and will never change 45 countries x 100 cities globally = ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
I plan on going to Portugal and France. Mexico is always a go!
I have been solo travelling since I was 17. But I am going on my first ever solo roadtrip/backpack trip. So it feels like solo travelling for the first time again.
New Zealand and Australia are high on my bucket list!
Ty luv! I want to go to Prague or Germany during Christmas
Ecuador 🇪🇨 seems like a cool place to visit
I agree traveling myself is different.
Hey Lynette if you ever need an editor I would love to work with you! Anyways I feel like I have been on the same spiritual journey as you. Im glad you are doing well and I cant wait for the Japan vlog lol that sounds lit!
Japan is the country i want to visit the most im enamored with their culture but i will most likely have to make it a solo trip. im 24 and nervous af about solo travel
I’ve traveled sólo to Japan 3 times and it’ll be my 4th this fall. The first time was study abroad but I didn’t know anyone there. The second time I was there alone mostly but my mom came for like 4 days and then my one friend came the day before k left. The most recent time I went to taiwan and then Japan because of the flight deal. It was so fun! Do your research, keep your wits about you, and have fun! Japan is a very safe country overall and is very easy to navigate and travel Solo. It’s nice being able to do things on your own time and if you want to go meet people on tours and stuff you can. If you get tired of interacting with people, you can just leave whenever you want.
Costa Rica, Columbia & St. Marten!
I'd love to got to Italy and Greece for the wine and food! 🤪
I soon will travel solo to Hawaii (which is very far from where I‘m from - Austria/Europe), It’s also very far out of my comfort Zone 😝 your videos have such a good vibe and are so inspiring!!
I’m going to start my racing career soon. I needed to travel to race events
Lisbon is so cool 🥰🥰
Did you stay @ Selina Hostels in Thailand? What did you think of the location / was it easy as a solo traveler?
Thanks for sharing!!
What about wheelchair accessible? I'm starting my solo traveling to Thailand this September, how would you rate the cities in Thailand being wheelchair accessible? I know it's something that isn't in your world but as I continue to watch your videos I would love to know how accessible is the area you're sharing with us. I can't walk at all and my wheelchair is manual, only 23 inches wide. Thanks.
So exciting that you’re planning a trip! Which cities are you planning on visiting? Every city is different, but I’d definitely say I’ve seen accessibility in most areas I’ve been!
Albania is a good spot I wanna go to
