@ A number of people from my company were killed at Kennedy Space Center back in the 60s when they accidentally ignited a Solid Rocket Motor inside the Payload Hazardous Servicing Facility (PHSF). They pulled the plastic cover off of the SRB and the ESD discharge ignited it inside the cleanroom. Everyone in the room was killed as the SRB flew around inside the cleanroom for a couple of minutes.
Yeah he was lucky to make the term backing up, but then to drive straight with everything those forks up in the air? That was entirely on him... or his trainer.
Back in the 1990's, in the Corps, when we still flew on CH-46 Sea Stallions, they fell out of the sky so often that there was training facility at MCAS Cherry Point, called the Helo Dunker. It was to train you to escape from a 46 crashing in the ocean.
Now that you mention it.. It reminded me that I once had a 1 inch(ish) flattened spaghetti thick piece fly into my goggle the same way, like a spear, I asked the guy running the lace if he wanted to hang them on a wall.... no sense of anything. The propeller looked kind of fake as well, they hesitate and then swim off way too fast.
An improperly fitted harness will cause severe internal injuries from a fall that far, and in 40 years of doing and watching arial work the only time anyone wore a harness properly was during training after that everything was loosened so you could wear it all day.
The guy with the face shield boy that saved them boy. He must been using a cutting tool boy that must have shot it. Boy, if he didn't have the face shield on he be going to the hospital already. Good thing he's always wear safety equipment when doing dangerous jobs. Thank you.
Thanks friend for the response back. About the guy wearing a safety shield, people that operate power tools or anything they should think of safety first then it's all right. Boy good thing he had that face shield on that saved them. Boy that was probably not even an inch away from his face when it went through the shield that cutting disc. Thank you.
Btw if someone falls and is just laying there, don’t try to stand them up. I didn’t see it happen, but someone where I work fell from a ladder. He was just laying there and someone helped him stand. As soon as he stood up he died.
Most human's don't think the warning labels apply to them...they were made exactly for them, by them...butt ego, ignorance and foolish pride trumps common sense and good judgment?
Whatever liquid they were transferring at about :45, there HAD to be a better way to do that. Process Hazard Assessment was probably not done. There should have been some kind of piping to prevent it from being exposed to the open air.
The clip with angle grinder and cut off wheel broke and man with face shield is BS fake. The 2 halfs are totally different pieces from 2 different cut off wheels. Sizes are different and only one of the halfs had any printing on it.
@0:47 the guy was RUBBING a polyethylene tank with a rag to clean up an obviously Flammable liquid. The electro-static discharge ignited the spill.
Thanks for answering that question
Rubbing = Static Electricity= ignition
gotta bond and ground!

@3:39 never, never turn drive a fork lift with forks in the air!!!
Yeah he was lucky to make the term backing up, but then to drive straight with everything those forks up in the air?
That was entirely on him... or his trainer.
The backdraft fire extinguisher technique was good information.
3:33 Never bail out of a tipping forklift. Seatbelt on at all times.
I've never driven a forklift but I assume the first thing you learn is never travel with load raised.
@@davidac76 No shit. That guy was an idiot.
0:57
- hey Ron
- hey Billy😂
That skit never gets old. Cheers 🍻
0:44 All it took was just that little bit of friction by wiping the tote with a towel.
Lose the crap music.
Exactly
anytime you see a warning label on anything, they are there because of people like these.

I'm waiting for the *No One Was Harmed* disclaimer. Any day now, I'm sure.
Was really hoping the firefighter wasn't going to get a face full of flame.
Seeing that diver away to go down that small pipe made my heart race. I am very costraphobic and that would be my worst nightmare. 🙏
OMG 0:55 that poor ladder LMAO
3:00
Weird how that cu-off disc got bigger as it broke apart...
Unless that dude in the face shield is Lilliputian, that clip is bogus...
Now that you mention it.. It reminded me that I once had a 1 inch(ish) flattened spaghetti thick piece fly into my goggle the same way, like a spear, I asked the guy running the lace if he wanted to hang them on a wall.... no sense of anything.

1:10 This is why traffic cones are important. When you cut corners with safety procedures, things like this happen.
At least the ladder broke tubby's fall. Haaa!
As they say, safety should always come first thank you.
They should end these videos with a "NOW HIRING!" Sign. 😂
I would say the clip at 27secs was a workplace safety success , without the safety harness the result would have probably been a fatality .

The dude in the bucket truck might need a chiropractor adjustment.
Almost all of the ladder Incidences are preventable.
Play "Let the bodies hit the floor " from Drowning Pool🎶

The IBC explosion? Static from the wipe with the rag???
Yes, static discharge ignited the fuel
All for want of 100% cotton, which you can wear in a hyperbaric chamber.

Distinct lack of feminists.
@marklanahan. Yeah, they're not exactly lining up for those jobs 🤣
please work safe
@ 1:20 - completely avoidable - park the truck at another spot. @ 2:50 - that type of scaffold is too narrow it is NOT meant for heights or masonry
@3:56 doesn't even notice he's setting the flag behind his head on fire.

Nope it is called bonding and grounding 😊. When transferring flammable liquids you should always bond and ground. Basics in HAZOPS
1:10 That's an you wear a harness and are tied in
All these cut-off wheels that come apart and always stick in the face shield a mm from their eye.
This music choice is unhinged

Clip shows diver going into a riser, says most dangerous job North Sea ,I worked in North Sea,you can’t drive there, car and lorry in background 😂😂😂
Best safety fails is an oxymoron.
Your AI should do a better job compiling your videos.
Would be a way better video without the crappy music!!!!
The music junked another video 👎👎👎👎💩💩😬
Auto dislike. If I wanted to hear music I would have cut on the radio.
2:22 Fake videos, common really 😒😒😒 dislike and don't recommend channel anymore 😤
Music. Ugh.
I’m sick of seeing the fake grinder disk ones crap lies but apart from that good video
