Was taught to put the barrels against the stop tilt the top of the door up and gently kick the bottom out till you line the hinges up windbags look nice but we get timed on our installs
If you do this stuff then you already have a flat bar in your bag. And then all you need is any other small object and some know how. Dont need to spend $50 on some crap you gottadig out of the junk box the next time you remember you have it, supposing it hasnt been ruined in its short life span.

Ya I used to do that as well and it works very good. I don’t do 100 doors at a time so time isn’t a factor for me
How do you adjust your reveal if it is off? Bend the hinge knuckles? Shim the hinges?
