- Way back when (1991), WheelsTV cameras were on hand at the 1991 American Truck Historical Society Convention Truck show held in Marlborough Massachusetts.
Sure it was a while back..but looking at these machines never gets old!
Don't forget to check out our coverage of the 1993 & 1994 Conventions and thanks for reminiscing with us.
ATHS plays a pivotal role in preserving trucking history and is recognized as the leader in this effort by the trucking industry and historical truck enthusiasts alike.

You´re so right : Nice and various engines are what makes a convention
I love truck American...❤️🙏
tons of effort needed to tear down old rusty trucks..the bolts are seized up..nothing wants to move..good show-great-upload
Sure wish there could've been some way to hang onto my 1967 Kenworth. She was a really great truck, pretty much all original, a beauty. Let an employee who had already put her off the road once before, do it again. The gal will never know the heartache she caused me when she flopped my truck on her side.
how does someone do that?
what a wonderful show, I grew up with so many of those trucks Because of my stepfather driving so many trucks for so many different companies
Very excellent display of devotion and history.
It is amazing how semi trucks have evolved
Some things for the better and some not.
😁😊😛😒
Yes it’s amazing that the trucks themselves have gotten better, however, it’s really sad that the newer drivers haven’t
Gotta love trucks
Another one to add to the Downunder verses US, motoring synonyms. Bogie Drive verses Twin Screw!
We wouldn't even have trucks if it wasn't for Machinist mold makers Welders and press operators there's a whole list of people that it takes to make a truck we need to thank everybody not just Truckers we existed a long time without trucks and truck drivers and we could do it again truckers owe us a thanks
dirty 4 play I disagree, the same can be said about your profession.
Awesome!!
I really really enjoyed this video up here in Canada where it is snowing lots. Great to sit by the fire and enjoy so many wonderful older trucks of every shape size and year of manufacture. I honestly did not know there were so many truck axles that were chain drive. Well done American Truck Society ! ! !
Glad you liked it.! Be sure and check out 1993 & 1994 as well. Not quite sure what happened to 1992.. but we're looking..
would have preferred the guy just walk around with his video recorder and show the trucks.there were old concrete mixers that never were shown
Excellent, thanks.
Wow. Thank you for sharing this.
