This guy seems to actually know what people want, but perhaps his happy-go-lucky attitude makes him seem inexperienced? Also, he mentioned big business in this video being one of the problems (correct) but didn't address pharmaceuticals being the main pushers of addictive medications. The #1 cause of heroin addiction is as a replacement for pills patients can nolonger afford. The doctors, but mainly the companies are to blame.

Actually I believe he does reference that exact point at 11-:05 when he says "it was done intentionally by corporations that wanna profit from the sale of their drugs, they are the drug cartels".
