Correction: American flyer blue bubble lift is 6 person and doesn’t have heated seats. Although they feel warm if the sun is shining in.
I love copper mountain. I like to go on. The left side in the morning because it’s nice and warm
I will argue Redezvous is the prettiest "green" chairlift in the world. The green runs are the valley to double-black & normal black diamonds. It is above the tree line for most of the run. And the view after getting off the chair is picture worthy every time. It allows a beginner to feel the awesome feeling of being on a big mountain without the stress and danger.
I agree. A legit area to ride as a beginner without it being a green road that winds from the top of a mountain.
Extremely well done! I have watched lots of resort overview videos and you guys crush the video and the narratives. Keep it up - best I have seen for so many reasons with balance and facts being nailed. Looking forward to seeing Winter Park, Telluride, Steamboat, BC, and others.
Thank you! we have all those (about 15 more resorts to put up) slowly getting through the edits from last season.
Worked at my local POWDR resort, love the company and I hope they continue to do good things for the community
I grew up riding at Copper and always enjoyed the mountain. The company definitely plays a part in that.
Best resort video I’ve seen so far
We always enjoy riding at Copper
Yeah, I really like your format and vids, excellent work!!
You guys make great videos. I've learned so much. Thank you!!
Thanks for watching and greatly appreciated! 🙏
Yay back on snow
Happy opening day to Copper
Love the awesome videos! Can't wait for more!!
Thanks for watching! More to come.
Great video !!
I wouldn't say it's the best kept secret. It's is a goliath of a resort. Crested Butte or Purgatory are more of a secret, but the true secret is Monarch Pass or Powderhorn.
maybe just near Denver (which all the resorts there are super crowded). We really enjoyed Purgatory, Monarch was ok, and have yet to visit Powderhorn & Crested Butte (but we'll get to all of them eventually)
Can you go to winter park please!? I'm subbed in the hopes that you do
Yes! We went a few times last season and are working on the video.
@@snowboardtraveler Oh great!!
finally made a winter park video
What camera did you use to film this? Great video and super helpful!
Mostly the gopro hero9 but there is some footage with the insta360 oneX2 sprinkled in.
@@snowboardtraveler what are your gopro hero 9 settings?
4K60 wide, flat profile, 400 max iso, low sharpness, standard bit rate, auto shutter and white balance, standard smoothing. Nothing too crazy. Using the 10 now for the past year with the same settings.
@@snowboardtraveler just bought the 10 and these settings look perfect!
I just do some post color correction with the flat profile but I hear the 10 has decent color with the standard profile.
How do you ride Woodward Copper in the summer? Seems there isnt much information to ride just for the day after winter season
I think it’s just summer camp (non-adult). I saw something on their Insta to book by 4/30.
American Flyer is a 6-pack, not an 8-pack. It also doesn't have heated seats.
Please do more research before giving people fake information :(
There used to be a comment that addressed this but seems deleted. I’ve pinned another one with the correction. The seats definitely feel warm if the sun is coming in.
is there a gondola?
American eagle lift is a chondola, half gondola half regular chairs.
When it was recorded?? Fake !! Yesterday was so crowded!!!! 2 runs, and we go away!!
This was recorded last season. The back bowls probably don’t open until January.
@@snowboardtraveler yes, unfortunately, and they close for public have slopes due USA ski team training
that's too bad, at least you got in two runs and can say you went in November. hopefully more snow soon to open more runs.
Do I bring my own gear and snowboard?
If you have it. There are places to rent as well.
Anyone else grow up a Copper chopper?
