BEST thing Disney has done with Star Wars for sure. Loved it, but its amazing to think Kathleen Kennedy hated this, and tried to stop it. Favreau and Filoni had to fight her to keep this.

You do realise that she's just an actor, right, she doesn't actually write the show? So whether she recognises the lightsaber and costume makes zero impact on the creation of the show
@@danielwilcox2878 Plo Koon dies in Revenge of the Sith and she thought it was him in the show 😅 seems to me they hired an actress who doesn't know a thing about the universe she's in. I mean it's not like he dies off camera we see him get blown up, so if she saw the movie she would have known that. Didn't recognize the lightsaber hilt or that Plo Koon was long dead by this point lol we know that knowing and caring about this universe isn't a requirement for the actors/actresses or even Disney at this point, wish it wasn't like that but what can we do eh? New Star Wars content sucks

@Stoned Ape I mean, I've been a Star Wars fan my whole life but if I was in that episode, and Dave Filoni told me that was Plo Koon I'd actually believe him on the fact that this is the Disney era. I wouldn't put it past them to make the new jedi order all dress like Luke and have the same Lightsaber
@@chayseyoung8381she saw the cloak and lightsaber while watching the show… if u remember, we didn’t see Luke’s lightsaber ignited in the scene she filmed alongside the Luke actor. Its not super crazy for a character to be wearing black robes. It was when she saw the episode and the scene that was probably mostly cgi where Luke had the green saber, as well as his x wing, where she realized it was luke
