# 1 Ford Main bolts are Not Torque to yield! Never you grease on the bearings , 20w50 oil if its going to sit , sorry I had to quit watching after 10 minutes as you don't have a clue !
I could have sworn that the main bolts are torque to yield, regardless, I torqued them to 100 ft.-lbs. As for grease, I have been using it for many engines now and have never had an issue. I did the same thing on my Duramax, 5,000 miles in, and the bearings looked brand new. I decided to check them when I had to replace the rear main seal. When the grease fails, I will make a video to admit I was wrong. Until then, I will keep using it since it works.
Good idea to put AC in your garage! I need to do that too :-)
It makes a huge difference! My shop isn't insulated, so it get very hot very fast without the A/C!
