Oh so pretty. Mushrooms do often have a lighter middle as they mature and kind of split. You might want to use as the base, a linen or beige, a natural mushroom color. Super decorations and so unique. Good job!

Yes everything you touch turns to gold! Beautiful. I’m a hard edged type of gal but I think your idea of several sizes in a grouping would look great. Have you tried using a princeton colour shaper or blade…they work great for manipulating/removing the paint.
They really are adorable! You can actually use the hang method to thin coat these in resin if you want, it works for vertical surfaces. It's a method used in tumbler art.
