I think It must be the mistype during the security setup (in the past it needs to enter 2 times for new passcode, but now the code is visible and it only need to type once :) so i mistype my frequently used password and i didn't notice. ) so when i restart my phone, boom! Can you help me with the problem I have. Yes it will. This does an entire factory reset, which will wipe everything from the device, including pictures, music and apps. It will reset it to how it was straight from the factory. There will be no apps installed except for the default ones, and no files except for the ones that come default.
