From brainstorming to prototyping, we've gone through countless iterations to create the perfect tool to replace single-use plastic gloves. Sam's vision was simple yet revolutionary: to create a natural extension of the hand that could serve a variety of products, from cupcakes to other delectable treats.
But our journey doesn't end there. In this video, you'll witness firsthand our efforts to implement these tongs in our stores, from Westminster Station to Marylebone Station.
