The S4 finale was amazing and I'm even more excited for S5 after watching the teaser trailer. I loved JRM in the Tudors so I'm really looking forward to his character next season.

I've said this before, and I will say it again. Each brother brings something to the table, but, as a king I believe Bjorn always (usually) as the peoples best interests at heart. Ivar, is a great strategist and conqueror, but I think that is totally different than one being King. Like Ragnar, Bjorn really is intelligent in a different way and was so curious and open about the world. I cherish each of them, but Bjorn is my favorite. We all saw him grow up.

I know the history. I am just speaking of the television show, specifically. And from what I recall, Bjorn becomes King of Norway (or is it Denmark?)

but am i the only one who doesn't like the way bjorn behaves now?yes hes intelligent but what happened to the cute loving teen who followed porrun around? now he seems like he has no heart or soul,and him being a cheater and a total ass towards torvi dosent help.
Ivar is one of the best characters ever! He has carisma, i like his voice and he's badass! But also Ubbe and Bjorn are great in the show!

@King Kris the only people I believe that are as good as rollo are Ragnar and bishop headmund and yes he is but he still went raiding with bjorn and hvsiterk
All personalities/experiences of Ragnar distributed among his sons:
Ivar - the tactician and brutal one
Bjorn - likes travelling and is a good fighter
Ubbe - the most good-natured
Hvitserk - drug addicted, hallucinating
Sigurd - the dead man

I was just about to say that! Like, on Tumblr, there's barely anything about our precious in there... Like, they do all this emotional shit for Ivar (psychopath, sociopath, kin-slayer), but not "dicky" Sigurd (sweet, teasing, not kin-slayer). I get really upset at that.
I couldn’t stand him. Was so happy when he died.
I dont think he deserved to die but i do think it was really bad move to bring up ivars “manlyhood” in front of the entire great heathen army especially knowing ivar has severe anger issues...

Bjorn has the most prowess as a warrior, however Ivar has the foresight to be a effective ruler. His time on the silk road mellowed and opened his mind. Ubbe is the dreamer who only wants to fulfill his bloodlines destiny, hvistserk is the black sheep who still shows his worth when you least expect it. They are all their father in their own way.

Sigurd shouldn't of died, it wasn't right since the "Sigurd" was a powerful dragon slayer and Sigurd Ivars brother got killed merely by an axe. Doesn't make the sons of Ragnar so powerful does it? But they had to show that Ivar wasn't afraid to kill even his own kin.
