Hey my love💜 it’s totally okay to cry! Sometimes we gotta cry out the hard parts of our day, week, year, etc. especially during these past few months I’ve been crying at the most random times, not knowing exactly where it’s coming from. Maybe take a 15-30min break? Eat a snack, have a glass of water, close your eyes, have an alarm set/someone to wake you up. Then get back to what has to be done before tomorrow?💜 I often times take a 15 minute break from whatever I’m doing just to recharge ya know? Self care babe!!💕. Just know I know you were doing your best and I’m so proud of you. I’m so sorry you’ve had a yucky day, love. Love you 💕💕

Hey you’ve got this your so strong and I’m so proud of you! I don’t know if you’ve ever tried rescue remedy but they are non medicated kind of sweet type things that you can get at most supermarkets or on line and there are little lemon melt sweet things that help clear your mind and relax you before bed as they slow down your heart and breathing rate a little so you feel less stressed I take them for my anxiety but they might be super useful for you at this time. Stay strong💓

Hey Mads you should try Milani’s highly rated mascara. It lengthens a lot. I was really surprised after watching a Jeffree Starr video on it. They’re cruelty free as well. I’ve been trying to venture out from high end products since the drug store makeup industry have upped their game. My face use to not let me wear drug store makeup, it was very weird. Took me forever to be able to use both high end and drug store.

Hey I use rescue remedy, it can be found at Superdrug and supermarkets and is so good, they are like sweets but they help slow down your heart rate and therefor calms you down they also have sleep help things which are like tiny lemon melts and it helps clear your mind right before you go to sleep so your not as anxious, there super good and I’d 10/10 recommend💓

I technique I got rid of my anxiety was breath out and then count how long it takes to fill you lungs with air then count how long it takes you to breathe out and keep repeating it ( it takes ur mind off what ur worried about or your anxiety as a whole)
I'm not sure what it is but since quarantine my mental health has been so out of whack. I've fallen behind in most of my classes and will probably fail. I know quarantine isn't really an excuse for that but I've been going through a lot of other things too lately and I've just had no energy or motivation to do anything, I've been crying and having a lot more anxiety attacks too and I just can't pinpoint a reason for everything. I've been so down on myself lately but coming here and watching mads really helps me calm down and relax. I know you probably won't see this Mads but I'm so grateful for you and the content you put out it really has helped me these past couple months. I hope things start looking up for me I need to get back into the groove of things again and fix my problems, but these videos have really helped me. If anyone else is going through anything similar I hope things start looking up for you too and wish you nothing but the best! Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this and I hope you all have a great day 💖

Maddie you should put your channel on the "tingles" app. It is such a great app. I don't know how it is for the creators but as a viewer I think it's amazing. There is a timer that will automatically turn off the video ur watching for when you are sleeping. It also gives you suggestions for asmr artists.
