Is it possible that you dropped the brightness down as part of the video editing? Because if so, it's an amazing choice. Much better on sleepy eyes, as opposed to common ASMR videos where the screen reflects at you a lot even with the screen brightness at the bottom.
I wish I could find more ASMR like this. I love these guided sleep story style videos but I can never find them. I watch this every night because I love visualizing what she describes
