This is the best free guitar plugin. I have no desire to ever buy another amp sim ever again. 5152 no boost, SLO Lead, and the Axe FX 2 Engl profiles are currently my favorites! I really wanna try to make a capture of my Victory Kraken 50.

Why do you send your guitar amps to a cabinet bus (IR loader)? Isn't it better to have each amp their own cabinet? Because the cabinet themself also make a special tone and frequenzy. I think you would get a more wider sound doing so.

Im not sure if im using the pedal profiles correctly. I understand the amps, cabs, and IRs but do I put a pedal profile it another instace of NAM in front of the amp and IR one?

I can't get the standalone version to work, there's no sound. I've got ASIO selected for my focus focusrite but there is no sound, the sound metres register nothing at all. When I try to load this in my DAW it just crashes the DAW by shutting the program down.
Hi, can anybody help please? I installed everything as in video, I see it, but I cannot load amplifier and there's no sign of any sound. I have set preferences on Asio, but nothing. I don' understand when Amner Hunter said that I "have to find the path to DAW"??

Thanks for the video, i wish i could get this to work properly. I got it installed on iMac running Ventura 13.3 and loaded some profiles from tonehunt but nothing sounds this good. Lots of digital distortion and if i play with the input or output volume too much it crashes logic. Im gonna go down a forum rabbit hole

I did everything you did and everything works fine, how ever when I'm using the plug in on reaper and windows it doesn't input sound, I'm going directly into my audio interface from my guitar, is there anything else I'm missing? I got the profile and IR loaded too.
@molochfrolics8443 I got it working with a XLR to Instrument cable, on a focusrite scarlet solo. It didn't work instrument in and into my guitar for some reason. But dang this thing is awesome
How do you get the models to run? You didn't show that bit 🙂 I have been trying to work this out for hours. I went to Github, found the profiles, right clicked and 'save link as' - and when I load them I get an error
Its ok, for free. But, boy do you need to go through all the profiles. Because there a lot of bad ones, imho. its a bit fizzy, And of coarse it's mostly reliant on the IR you choose. In the end, i guess its got a lot of possibilities for the future, adding effects and the like, if the source can be bothered. And i guess if you don't wanna fork out money, then they will go the whole way. But, its not that great. THU kills it.....imho
Models are easy to found. I found a big archive with them just by googling for their extension. I have another question. Where to get the impulse response?

I installed it a few minutes ago, started the standalone, first there was no sound, then BSOD. I'm about to check the vst3. Edit: the vst3 seems work.
I got no sound from the standalone, the vst just crashes my DAW and exits, very frustrating

if the sample rate is locked on 48 khz then it may have problems. Try 44.1

Hello friend, from 44.1 & up should be good, that's what I use, also 24 bit should work just fine. Haven't tried less than that.

Is there a way to see what version of Mac OS that this supports up to? I have it installed in my vst3 folder yet it won’t show up in Reaper.

This thing might be a good idea but the user experience is awful. I can't get it to work, just crashes my DAW non stop
