to make the effect work, you first have to load the HighLight.pmx model. then, parent it to your model's head bone in model manipulation > OP. when that's done, go into the MME tab and right click > subset-extract on your model. then go to the HighLightRT tab, select your model's hair material and set the HighLight_hair.fx effect on it. then you can go back to the HighLight.pmx model and play with the sliders to get it to look how you like !
