I have this issue for many months now and I felt like I had tried literally everything under the sun. Visited orthopedist (which obviously couldn't help), physiotherapists (not bad, but haven't found a solution either), tried intense stretching exercises (The physiotherapist said it might be too strenuous and that I should take a break from stretching for a while. I even stopped doing the stability exercises, but that didn't help much, so I started again), used massage and massage gun, took anti-inflammatories (Taken for 7 days, helped a little, so far the most promising results, but the doctor only recommended 1 week), now I'm facing the same problem again. I started swimming again and the pain is now a little stronger. Finally I have tried your exercises, it feels good, high expectations there are ...
Dude I wanna thank you so much. Im a framer, and have climbing as a hobby. Past month ive been having pain in the bicep, ive been to my doctor and physical therapist to no avail. This shoulder stretch and soft tissue exercise singlehandedly solved my problems almost over night.

This is exactly my problem and no one ever recommends to stretch the shoulder. I’ll start on it asap
Asking for a friend: How do we ask the muscle to work really hard to make pain relief more long term?
Thank you for the video man this helped allot I knew it was my bicep
