After the success of 47's assassination of Alma Reynard, the ICA have uncovered two Providence members who are planning to defect to the Shadow Client's militia: Robert Knox, the head of technology company Kronstadt Industries, and his daughter Sierra Knox. Fearful that they may be targeted by the militia, they have decided to cut a deal with the Shadow Client, leaving to Providence requesting their removal before their resources can be used by the militia. 47 must eliminate them both, during a car race at the Miami Bayside Center.
