The Noisemaster's Theme Fits Too Well With Cool Beat

While listening to the Deltarune OST, I was humming the Noisemaster's theme while listening to Cool Beat and discovered they worked really well together. So I opened up Audacity to test it and... yeah it worked. It kind of worked a little too well. Maybe there's musical connection between the two? Maybe Sweet Cap'n Cakes really IS just The Noisemaster, Underswap Napstablook and Groovy Bot?
Or maybe it's just a coincidence.
