It sounds more like a folk song. The song may not have anything to do with an insane asylum but I've always felt that the video definitely does, especially when you have all those people in white just standing around at the end.
you 2 can still watch and/or react to their choreography, performance, fanmade videos etc on UA-cam. sure viewers will enjoy watching if you do. btw if you react to their performances on Korean TV shows, you may need to do some editing such as pausing so that you can avoid copyright strikes or something similar.
