Das war großartig, besonders die Gründung der Bankenunionen/ Handelsgesellschaften war sehr interessant und mir bisher nicht vollständig bekannt.
That was a great lecture, especially the part about the Bankunions/ Tradeunions was something I wasn't aware in this extent.
You could argue that especially the long existing separted Economic Zones, going back to HRI, had a economy multiplier effect becauseecaus each state could provide neccasary Institutions, privat Capital, regulatory Capacity and the Government Support to implement needed policies on their own.
After the creation of the Cartels and Industrial Behemoths like Krupp Steal, Siemens Elektroniks, Bayer-Medical, and BASF-Chemicals, this competitive/corporative behaviour between the internal Regions was than transferred to the international markets, that's how it works to this day.
It's scalable in all dimensions, a smaller implementation is maaybe known as the Mittelstand. ^^
    Greetings from Berlin

The brilliance of credit financing the railways via private enterprise and their Kommanditebanking as opposed to the state can be contrasted to America which lost fortunes on govt-financed rail systems out West that turned into comical pork barrel boondoggles. In fact, the only American railway during the latter half of the 19th century in America to turn a profit was the only privately owned one: The Great Northern. A funny example of the prolongation and waste of the American enterprise is workers laying tracks in zigzags (because they were paid by the mile) or blowing up tracks intentionally in acts of sheer banditry in order to prolong the project.
